7.3.3. Pneumowire diaphragm (early models)

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove a diaphragm from the cylinder.
2. Disconnect draft of the lever, get an axis. Attach the manual vacuum pump to the top union of a diaphragm.
3. Create in a diaphragm depression of 400 mm Hg. The rod of a diaphragm should move on 22 mm. Otherwise a diaphragm replace.
4. Depression should remain in a diaphragm at least 30 seconds. Otherwise a diaphragm replace.

Replacement

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect vacuum hoses.
2. Unscrew bolts and remove a diaphragm from a box case.
3. Installation is carried out upside-down.
