GENERAL INFORMATION

In the real subsection types of repair of 6-cylinder single-row engines 2F and 3F-E without dismantle from the car are described. Engines of the so-called pushrod type (with a "remote" drive of a cam-shaft), with a cam-shaft drive from pair of gear wheels.

The cam-shaft operates valves through a chain a cam-pusher-bar-yoke. Engines of considered types were established on Toyota Land Cruiser cars from 1980 to 1992 (2F it was established in 1980-87, 3F-E – in 1987-92). In engines 3F-E diameter of cylinders same, as in engines 2F, but the piston stroke is slightly less.
