3.1.19. Flywheel (a leading disk of the hydrotransformer)


1. Lift the car and establish on supports. Remove transmission (check point).
2. Check and if necessary replace a check point epiploon (a sealing ring on automatic transmission).
3. Remove coupling (on a manual transmission).
4. Designate labels the provision of a flywheel concerning the crankshaft.
5. Unscrew flywheel bolts (a leading disk of the hydrotransformer). Fix a flywheel from a provorachivaniye, having rested a screw-driver against a gear wreath.
6. Carefully remove a flywheel (a leading disk of the hydrotransformer).


1. Clear a flywheel, check existence on a surface of traces of deep development, furrows from rivets, traces of burning out and scratches. It is possible to eliminate insignificant damages with cleaning by a skin. Check deformation of the plane of a flywheel.
2. Clear and check a condition of the plane of the socket of a flywheel and the crankshaft. If it is revealed that the back epiploon of the crankshaft leaks before establishing a flywheel (a leading disk of the hydrotransformer), an epiploon replace.
3. Establish a flywheel (a leading disk of the hydrotransformer) on the crankshaft. Combine the labels put at removal. Before a wraparound of bolts grease carvings with fixing structure. On a part of cars the flywheel is established on pins.
4. Fix a flywheel a screw-driver for a gear wreath and tighten fastening bolts with the set moment. Tighten opposite bolts.
5. Further assembly is carried out upside-down.
