3.1.6. Yokes and bars of pushers

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Uncover heads of cylinders.
	2. Release bolts of the roller of yokes in the specified sequence.
3. Remove the roller assembled with yokes, without allowing a soskalzyvaniye of details.

4. Get bars (drawing at the left) and store in an order of their former installation (a photo on the right).

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Check wear of yokes, especially in places of contact with bars and стрежнями valves.

2. Check purity of openings of yokes in a place of contact with bars.

3. Check existence of cracks, navolakivaniye of metal and wear tracks about a yoke opening under the roller. Worn-out yokes replace.

4. Check a condition of bars, existence of cracks and strong wear of end faces, check наощупь deformation of bars, having given a ride to them on sheet glass.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Oil the bottom end faces of bars for the engine or molybdenic greasing and establish bars on the places. The bar should enter into pusher deepening.
2. Grease with molybdenic greasing the top end faces of bars and cores of valves.
	3. Establish rollers with yokes and covers, screw hairpins of a cover of a head of cylinders. Tighten bolts in the specified sequence.
4. Establish all removed details, start the engine and hear to operation of the klapanny mechanism.
