Order of a tightening of bolts of a head of cylinders
Works are carried out on the cold engine.
| PERFORMANCE ORDER
| 1. Remove yokes and bars.
| 2. Remove collectors.
| 3. Remove drive belts.
|4. Remove the pump of the hydraulic booster and take aside, without disconnecting the highway.
|5. Remove the air pump with an arm (see subsection 6.3).
|6. Remove an air branch pipe (see fig. Head of cylinders of the engine 2F and fig. Head of cylinders of the engine 3F-E).
|7. Merge cooling liquid, turn out the temperature sensor.
|8. Remove the conditioner compressor (if it is provided) and take aside, without disconnecting the highway.
|9. In sequence of return specified release bolts (see fig. Order of a tightening of bolts of a head of cylinders). Carefully remove a head of cylinders. If the head does not give in to removal, carefully displace it in easy blows of a hammer through a wooden pig.
| PERFORMANCE ORDER
||1. Clear demountable surfaces of a head and the block of cylinders. Banish carvings of hairpins and openings.
| 2. Check existence on the demountable planes of a head and the block of cylinders задиров, chips, hollows and other damages. Check deformation of the plane of a head. It is possible to eliminate insignificant damages with a file, at serious damages the head or the block are subject to repolishing.
| 3. Laying is executed from a composite material and is established without hermetic.
||4. Establish laying by an inscription of TORAHS up.
|5. Carefully establish a head on the block of cylinders, without breaking the provision of laying. Wrap by hand bolts of a head of cylinders and tighten bolts with the set moment in the specified sequence (see fig. Order of a tightening of bolts of a head of cylinders).
|6. Further assembly is carried out upside-down. Fill system of cooling with liquid, fill in oil and replace the filter. Start the engine, be convinced of lack of a leak. Carry out test of road performance of the car.
