3.1.13. Forward cover

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove a crankshaft pulley.
2. Remove the fan (see subsection 4.4).
3. Remove the compressor of the conditioner and an arm with the generator, take aside.
4. Unscrew bolts of fastening of a cover.
5. Carefully uncover the engine.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the remains of consolidation and replace an epiploon.
2. Put on the cover plane hermetic, establish a cover and wrap bolts.
3. Two bottom bolts wrap on hermetic. In drawing designation of bolts of a forward cover on the engine 3F-E (see subsection 3.1.1) is given. Grease carvings of bolts And hermetic.
4. Establish a crankshaft pulley.
5. Tighten cover bolts.
6. Establish other details upside-down. Start the engine and be convinced of lack of a leak.
