FORWARD SUSPENSION BRACKET Forward suspension bracket dependent, the structure of a suspension bracket includes a rigid beam of the bridge and elastic elements – springs and shock-absorbers (on FJ60 cars, 62), or springs and shock-absorbers with levers and a cross-section bar (on FJ80 cars). For reduction of an inclination of a body at turn the stabilizer of cross-section stability is provided. Support of a rotary fist are the radial and persistent bearings pressed in openings in a fork, the beam of the forward bridge welded on an end face. BACK SUSPENSION BRACKET Elastic elements of a back suspension bracket are springs and shock-absorbers (on FJ60 cars, 62), or springs and shock-absorbers with levers and a cross-section bar (on FJ80 cars). For reduction of an inclination of a body at turn in a back suspension bracket the stabilizer of cross-section stability is also provided. STEERING Cars are equipped with the power steering. The structure of the steering mechanism includes a worm and spherical reducer, a soshka and drafts (the pendular lever in this design is absent). Between average draft and the bridge the quencher of fluctuations which reduces undesirable "a wheel tinkling sound", i.e. a small rebound of a wheel from the situation corresponding to turn of wheels is mounted. The steering column breaks at failure. Bolts and steering and suspension bracket nuts as a rule are very difficult for turning on. For this purpose the connections struck with corrosion are recommended to be cleared a brush and to moisten with getting liquid. Sometimes carving connection can be turned on in sharp blows of a core on a nut. At an otvorachivaniye do not apply extension pieces with graggerses in order to avoid ratchet breakages. |
