Removal

Prevention
For removal of springs the adaptation for their compression is required.
|
1. Lift a front of the car and remove forward wheels. |
2. Establish supports under a bridge beam. |
3. Disconnect from a beam of the bridge of draft of the stabilizer and shock-absorbers. |
4. Carefully lower the bridge so that springs were completely stretched. |

5. Compress springs the adaptation. |
6. Remove springs. |

Installation
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Check a condition of springs, at detection of cracks or in case of corrosion of a spring replace. |
|
2. Compress a spring and establish in a place, having tracked correctness of installation of a spring (And) in the bottom cup (In). |
3. Further installation is carried out upside-down. |

BACK SPRINGS
Removal
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Lift a back part of the car and remove wheels. |
2. Establish supports under a bridge beam. |
3. Disconnect from a bridge beam arms of the stabilizer and shock-absorbers. |
4. Unscrew a bolt of a cross-section bar and take a bar aside. |

5. Carefully lower the bridge so that springs were completely stretched. Remove a spring, having undertaken the bottom termination. |
6. Check a condition of springs, at detection of cracks or in case of corrosion of a spring replace. |

Installation
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Installation of back springs is carried out upside-down. |
2. Tighten all fastenings with the set moment. |
|
3. Track correctness of installation of springs. The bottom termination of a spring should rest against the cup limiter. |
