Removal
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Lift a car front. |
2. Disconnect from a fist steering drafts. |
3. Remove brake details. |
4. Remove a semi-axis. |

5. Unscrew bolts of the case of an epiploon. |
|
6. Unscrew nuts of the lever and remove conic washers (are specified by shooters). |
|
7. Remove the top cover of bearings and remote laying. |
8. Remove bearings and designate them ("right top", "right bottom" etc.). |
9. Remove the remains of old greasing from bearings, a fork and a fist, having washed out solvent. |
10. Check a condition of bearings, existence on rollers of cracks, a vykrashivaniye and wear tracks. Check a condition of rings of bearings in forks. Worn-out bearings replace, having removed rings with blows on a brass opravka. Rings and holders of rollers change in a set. |

Installation
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
|
1. Put in holders of bearings refractory greasing, with force having pressed on the bearing so that greasing came into holder separators. |
2. Apply a thin film greasings on the directing. |
3. Establish a new epiploon. |
4. Establish in a fork the top bearing, insert the bottom bearing. |
5. Holding the bottom bearing, dress a fist on a fork of the bridge and establish laying and the top cover. Wrap bolts. |
6. Establish the lever, conic washers, wrap nuts. Tighten nuts and bolts of covers of the top and bottom bearings with the set moment. |

7. Check a preliminary tightness in bearings. If the moment differs from normal, pick up thickness of remote laying, having removed a part of laying or having established the new. |
Prevention
The increase in thickness of laying reduces a preliminary tightness in bearings, reduction of thickness leads to increase in a tightness.

8. Further assembly is carried out upside-down. |
