9.11. Reducer

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
Prevention

If the car is equipped with a safety cushion, turn of wheels after removal of a reducer is not allowed. Block a wheel for what transfer the ignition key to the situation LOCK, or wind a wheel with a seat belt which fix.
1. Lift a car front.
2. Turn on and muffle the union (are specified by shooters).
3. Designate the provision of the bottom fork of the kardanny hinge of a steering shaft concerning a reducer shaft. Unscrew a collar bolt (it is specified by an arrow).
4. Remove a soshka.
5. Unscrew fastening bolts (are specified by shooters), submit a reducer down and disconnect from an intermediate steering shaft. Remove a reducer.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Establish a reducer, having combined the labels put at dismantling.
2. Tighten fastening bolts with the set moment.
3. Establish a soshka on a reducer shaft, having combined the labels put at dismantling.
4. Tighten a collar bolt with the set moment.
5. Attach the union of the hydraulic booster and restore liquid level.
6. Establish a wheel and lower the car.
