1. Lift the car to hang out wheels.
2. Merge from a reducer oil.
3. Disconnect from a reducer the driveshaft, take aside and fix.
4. Check the moment of resistance of a provorachivaniye of a wheel, rotating a reducer nut a dinamometrichesky key with a scale in some N of m. This moment is equal to a preliminary tightness in bearings of a leading shaft of a reducer which should be created at assembly.
5. Fix a flange of a reducer and unscrew a nut of a leading gear wheel.
6. Designate the provision of a nut and a flange.
7. By means of a stripper remove a flange of a leading gear wheel of a reducer.
8. In blows of a hammer displace an epiploon then hook and get an epiploon.
9. Grease epiploon edges with konsistentny greasing and accurately press a new epiploon.
10. Grease shlitsa of a shaft and a flange and establish a reducer flange, having combined labels.
11. Wrap a new nut, holding a shaft from a provorachivaniye.
12. Tighten with the minimum set moment specified in subsection 7.4.
13. Turn a reducer shaft on some turns.
14. Measure a torque at which the leading gear wheel starts to be turned.
15. The demanded moment is equal to the preliminary tightness measured before dismantling plus of 0,5 N of m.
16. If the moment appears less demanded, slightly tighten a reducer nut until then the necessary moment will not be reached yet.
17. If the moment appears more limiting, it is necessary to disassemble a reducer and to replace the rasporny plug of bearings of a leading shaft of a reducer (it is carried out in car-care center).


It is forbidden to turn on a nut to weaken a tightness in bearings.

18. Further assembly is carried out upside-down.
19. Attach the driveshaft, сориентировав on labels, fill in oil.
