5.1.8.3. Removal and carburetor installation

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Unscrew a stopper of a fuel tank and disconnect the battery from weight.
2. Remove the case of the air filter.
3. Disconnect a cable of a drive of a butterfly valve.
4. On cars with automatic transmission disconnect a switching cable on (kick-down-mode) low gear.
5. Designate and disconnect from the carburetor all vacuum hoses and a hose of supply of fuel.
6. Designate and disconnect from the carburetor all sockets.
7. Unscrew bolts of fastening and remove the carburetor and laying.
8. An opening in a collector muffle.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Installation is carried out upside-down, with observance of the following rules.
2. Remove the remains of a material of laying.
3. Replace carburetor laying.
4. Tighten fastening bolts in a cross order with the moment of 20 N of m, doing on 1/4 turns at one time.
5. Adjust a kick-down-mode cable.
