7.4.3.2. Removal and driveshaft installation
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Lift the car.
2. For preservation of dynamic balancing at assembly designate the mutual provision of forks of the driveshaft and flanges of a leading gear wheel of a reducer.
3. Also designate the mutual provision of a fork of the sliding coupling concerning a shaft.
4. Unscrew nuts of bolts of fastening of the driveshaft from a transfer case and a reducer.
5. Having disconnected the driveshaft check a condition of hinges, having shaken them in the parties and in the longitudinal direction. At detection люфта hinges replace.
6. Installation is carried out upside-down.
7. Combine the labels put at dismantling, and tighten fastenings with the set moment.
