GENERAL INFORMATION

The following assembly order of considered engines is recommended:

  – cam-shaft bearings (are pressed in car-care center);
  – piston rings;
  – crankshaft and radical bearings;
  – pistons with rods; 
  – oil pump;
  – cam-shafts and pushers (engines 2F and 3F-E);
  – pallet;
  – chain and asterisks (engine 1FZ-FE);
  – head of cylinders, bars and yokes;
  – collectors;
  – cover of a head of cylinders;
  – back intensifying plate;
  – flywheel (a leading disk).
