5.2.9.2.5. Fuel and nozzle distributor

Check

Execute checks of system of injection (see subsection 5.2.9.1).

Replacement

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Execute a decompression.
2. Disconnect the battery from weight.
3. Disconnect from a head of cylinders and a soaking-up collector a hose of ventilation of a case.
4. Remove the leveling chamber (see subsection 5.2.9.2.6).
5. Put accurately distinguishable labels on each socket of a nozzle. Disconnect sockets from nozzles and take conducting aside.
6. Disconnect from the fuel distributor a vacuum hose.
7. Disconnect from a pressure and distributor regulator fuel hoses.
8. Unscrew bolts of fastening of the distributor of fuel (are specified by shooters).
9. Remove the fuel distributor with nozzles.
10. Get from the distributor of a nozzle and put in a box with an individual label.
11. If nozzles do not change, replace rings and a sealant. Remove from a nozzle a ring.
12. Remove a sealant and get rings from openings in an inlet collector.
13. Nozzles are established upside-down.
14. Tighten bolts of fastening of the distributor of fuel with the set moment.

STARTING NOZZLE (1988-92)

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the socket.
2. Check resistance between conclusions and compare to the standard.
3. If resistance corresponds to norm, the nozzle is serviceable, check serviceability of the relay of a nozzle.
4. If resistance differs from norm, a nozzle replace.
5. Attach the socket.

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Execute a decompression and disconnect the battery from weight.
2. Disconnect the nozzle socket.

3. Substitute the pallet and unscrew the union.

4. Unscrew nuts and remove a nozzle with laying.
5. Check a nozzle torch at the stand (it is carried out in car-care center).
6. Establish a nozzle upside-down.

RELAY OF THE STARTING NOZZLE (1988-92)

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Check resistance of the relay (is near the thermostat).
2. At temperature below 15 ° About resistance should be 30–50 Ohm.
3. Warm up the engine. At temperature above 30 ° About resistance should be 70–90 Ohm.
4. Resistance between STA conclusion (with it is black / a red wire) should be 30–90 Ohm.

Replacement

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Merge liquid.
2. Turn out the relay a tubular face key.
3. Installation is carried out upside-down.
