Works are carried out on the cold engine.

1. Disconnect the battery from weight.
2. Disconnect from the chamber all sockets.
3. Disconnect a cable of a drive of a zaslonka and draft of transmission.
4. Remove an arm of a branch pipe of a masloukazatel.
5. Accurately designate and disconnect all vacuum hoses.
6. Disconnect a hose of system of ventilation of a case.
7. Unscrew a bolt and remove an arm (if it is provided).
8. Disconnect and muffle hoses of cooling liquid.
9. Unscrew bolts and remove the chamber.


1. Clear and check a condition of the demountable planes of a collector and the chamber. Replace laying of the bottom inlet collector. Establish on an inlet collector the chamber assembled with the zaslonka case. Be convinced of correctness of installation of laying.
2. Wrap fastening bolts to an inlet collector, tighten bolts with the moment specified in (see subsection 3.2.1). Further installation is carried out upside-down.
