Replacement

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the battery from weight.
2. Remove transmission.
3. Get a spring bracket from a spherical support of a fork, disconnect a fork from a spherical support and remove vyzhimny the bearing.
4. The bearing should rotate freely in a holder.
5. Otherwise the bearing replace. To wash out the bearing in solvent it is forbidden.
6. Grease directing plug of the bearing and a shlitsa of primary shaft with refractory greasing.
7. Grease with refractory greasing dredging under a spherical support of a fork.
8. Grease places of fastening of the bearing and dredging under a pusher of the working cylinder.
9. Establish a spring bracket.
10. Dress brackets and establish on a fork the bearing.
11. Dress the bearing on primary shaft of a check point.
12. Pass a fork through a cover, grease a support and dress a fork on a support, having pressed on it before click.
13. Slightly grease with refractory greasing a surface of the bearing adjoining to a diafragmenny spring.
14. Further assembly is carried out upside-down.
