7.4.2.6. Coupling hydraulic actuator

GENERAL INFORMATION

Pumping of system is required every time after carrying out dismantling and assembly of the highway of a hydraulic actuator of coupling.

Air removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Fill a tank with fresh brake liquid (use of the fulfilled liquid is forbidden).
2. Lift the car.
	3. Remove a cap, dress on the cylinder union a hose.
4. Lower other end a hose in capacity filled with brake liquid 5 see.
5. Ask the assistant to press a coupling pedal to the full and unscrew the pumping union.
6. When liquid will cease to follow wrap the union.
7. Ask the assistant to release a pedal slowly.
8. Repeat procedure until then while the hose with liquid will not cease to leave air vials. Constantly watch level, – the tank should be filled with liquid.
9. Tighten the union, dress a cap and lower the car.
10. Restore liquid level in a tank and check coupling work.
