Dismantling and assembly

PERFORMANCE ORDER
Prevention

Before dismantling get ремкомплект the cylinder.
1. Disconnect the battery from weight.
2. Disconnect a pusher of the main cylinder from a coupling pedal. For removal of the cylinder of coupling расшплинтуйте and лостаньте an axis (it is specified by an arrow).
3. Disconnect from the cylinder the hydraulic actuator highway, merge liquid and muffle tubes.
4. Unscrew nuts and remove the cylinder.
5. Unscrew an internal bolt and remove a tank.
6. On cars of late release beat out a podpruzhinenny pin of fastening of a tank.
7. Remove a cover and a spring ring.
8. Get a pusher, a washer and the piston.
9. Check a condition of an internal surface of the cylinder. At detection задиров, scratches or the painted sites the cylinder replace.
10. If an internal surface in a good condition, replace only a sealant (are delivered in ремкомплекте).
11. Before installation of details it is necessary to grease them with brake liquid.
12. Further assembly is carried out upside-down.
