Removal
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Disconnect the battery from weight. |
| 2. Disconnect from the distributor sockets. |
| 3. Find on a distributor cover a label of a high-voltage conclusion of the 1st cylinder. If the label on a cover is absent, find the corresponding conclusion on a wire from the 1st cylinder. |
| 4. Uncover the distributor and, having turned the crankshaft, establish a begunok opposite to a high-voltage conclusion of the 1st cylinder. |
|
5. Put a label on the bottom edge of the case of the distributor, it is direct under the index a begunka. Put also labels on the case of the distributor and on a head of cylinders to provide the correct installation of the distributor at assembly. |
| 6. If the design provided distributor fastening by two bolts with zaplechik, release these bolts, but completely do not turn on. |
|
7. Unscrew a bolt of fastening of the distributor (it is shown by an arrow), then submit the distributor in the horizontal direction and get it. Crankshaft turn after removal of the distributor from the engine is not allowed. |

Installation

Prevention
If the crankshaft nevertheless turned after distributor removal, establish the piston of the 1st cylinder in VMT of a step of compression and сориентируйте a begunok and the distributor case.

|
1. Replace a sealing ring on a distributor shaft. |

2. At distributor installation dredging (1) should be turned up. |
Prevention
On cars since 1993 at installation are combined a flute in the case of the distributor and a ledge on a drive gear wheel.
|
| 3. Insert the distributor into the engine, it is exact сориентировав the case on the put labels. |
| 4. If the distributor is not established in a place, once again check the labels put on the basis of the case of the distributor and on the engine before dismantling. Establish the distributor precisely on these labels. Check also orientation a begunka, the label on a begunka should coincide with a label on the basis of the case, put before dismantling. |
| 5. Wrap a bolt of fastening of the distributor. |
| 6. Further installation is carried out upside-down. |
| 7. Check installation of the moment of ignition, tighten a bolt of fastening of the distributor. |
