Prevention
The highway of central air is under a high pressure. Before complete removal of a coolant it is forbidden to disconnect any hoses and to remove central air units. Removal of a coolant should be carried out in car-care center.
Check and leaving
Care of the conditioner is reduced to performance of the following procedures:
– check of a condition and tension of a belt of the compressor;
– check of a condition of hoses and tubes (the highway on to disunite!);
– cleaning of intercostal spaces of the condenser;
– check of filling of system by a coolant.
The conditioner should be included monthly approximately for 10 minutes.
The most widespread reason of unsatisfactory operation of the conditioner is insufficient filling of a coolant. If appreciable temperature increase of air from the conditioner is observed, check completeness of filling of a coolant.
Check of filling of a coolant

| 1. Warm up the engine. |
| 2. Transfer a rychazhok of a regulator of temperature to the situation corresponding to the lowest temperature, establish the highest speed of the fan. |
| 3. Open doors. |
| 4. Check turning on of the compressor at which click of the electromagnetic coupling is distributed, and the central part of the coupling starts to rotate. |
| 5. After the system leaves on an operating mode, compare temperature of two tubes of the compressor. |
| 6. If the temperature of tubes наощупь differs poorly, filling by a coolant is necessary. |

7. On the working conditioner bring the thermometer to the central part of the channel of an air outlet. Air temperature on an exit from the channel should be on 17-20 ° From below ambient temperature. |
| 8. If the air temperature very high, for example 45 ° With, air temperature on an exit from the conditioner can reach 15 ° Page. |
| 9. If the temperature of the cooled air is higher than standard, conditioner refueling by a coolant is necessary. |
| 10. Further checks of the conditioner are beyond this management and should be carried out by the prepared personnel. |

11. Check a coolant condition through viewing glass (it is specified by an arrow). Viewing glass is built in to the highway from a shlagootdelitel on series 80 cars, on series 60, 62 cars the window is located on a moisture separator. |
| 12. If at the working conditioner in glass foaming is observed, the quantity of a coolant is not enough. |
| 13. Keep in mind that at high temperature of environment in viewing glass vials, even can be observed at normal filling of a coolant. |
| 14. When the conditioner is switched off also quantity of a coolant in norm, in viewing glass small foaming which disappears subsequently also is observed. |

HEATER
If the heating of air in a heater is absent, the following can be the reasons.
– the thermostat is not closed, therefore liquid is warmed up insufficiently and badly warms up a heater radiator. Replace the thermostat (see subsection 4.3);
– the heater hose that interferes with a liquid stream through a radiator is littered. Disconnect hoses and wash out a radiator a water stream from a hose;
– if when washing water does not pass through a heater radiator, the radiator is littered and is subject to replacement.
If the air stream from the ventilating snuffled does not correspond to the established speed of rotation of the fan, check safety locks, conducting, the switch, the resistor of the electric motor and the electric motor.
If from exhaust outlets of air lines air does not arrive, arrive as follows.
