Removal and installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Depressurize the conditioner and remove a coolant car-care center.
2. Remove a perchatochny box.
3. Disconnect conditioner tubes on a partition of a motor compartment. Turn on the union, holding a key a reciprocal part not to curtail a tube.
4. On cars with the engine 1FZ-FE remove the processor block.
5. Unscrew nuts and bolts of fastening and remove the evaporator.
6. Establish the evaporator on a table, unscrew screws, remove latches, remove the top and bottom half of the case of the evaporator and get the evaporator.
7. Get from the evaporator the thermoresistor, unscrew bolts of fastening of the broad valve and two short tubes of giving and branch of a coolant (see fig. Bolts of fastening of the condenser).
8. Clear the evaporator a special comb and blow the compressed air.
9. If the new evaporator is established, enter about 40 g of the fresh oil recommended for your conditioner.
10. Further installation is carried out upside-down.
11. Replace a sealing ring and laying of the broad valve.
12. Fill the conditioner with a coolant in the same workshop in which depressurization and coolant removal were carried out.
