Prevention
At works on a heater of a part of cars disconnect a safety cushion. For this purpose transfer the ignition key to the situation LOCK, disconnect the battery from weight and start works not earlier than in 2 minutes.

| 1. In default the fan check a safety lock, a condition of contacts and wires and degree of a charge of the battery. |
| 2. Check tension existence from the battery on the electric motor socket (include ignition and transfer the fan handle to the situation ON). |
| 3. If tension is not present, there is a wire breakage from the lock of ignition or from the switch. |
| 4. If tension is present, attach the socket and connect a mass conclusion to weight, having connected a crossing point from the back party of the socket. |
| 5. If the fan does not turn on, it is possible that the electric motor is faulty. |
| 6. In this case connect electric motor conclusions directly to the battery and weight the wires protected by safety locks. |
| 7. If the electric motor does not turn on, it is necessary to replace it. |
| 8. If the engine is serviceable, check the resistor or the switch for what remove the control panel a heater (see subsection 4.11). |

Replacement
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Disconnect the socket, remove a socket arm, unscrew 3 screws and get the block обдува from a casing. |
| 2. Krylchatk can remove and establish on the new electric motor. |
| 3. Installation is carried out upside-down. |
