GENERAL INFORMATION

Site of the sensor of temperature on the engine 3F-E

1. Screen wiper electric motor
2. Sensor of level of brake liquid
3. Electric motor of a cleaner of headlights
4. Datchki of liquid temperature
5. Sensor of pressure of oil

Site of the sensor of temperature on the engine 1FZ-FE

1. Sensor of level of brake liquid
2. Relay block
3. Sensor of temperature of liquid
4. Sensor of pressure of oil

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. If the index does not register temperature, check safety locks.
2. If the sensor shows "Hot" condition ("hot") right after start-up of the cold engine, disconnect a wire from the sensor.
3. If the indication falls, the sensor replace.
4. If the indication remains overestimated, the reasons can be short circuit on mass of a wire of the sensor, or malfunction of the index. On the engine 3F-E the sensor is located under the thermostat.
5. If the sensor ceases to show temperature after complete warming up of the engine (about 10 minutes later after start-up), and safety locks are serviceable, arrive as follows.
6. Stop the engine, disconnect a wire from the sensor and a piece of a wire close a sensor wire on well cleared site of the engine.
7. Include for short time ignition but the engine do not start.
8. If the index shows now "Hot", the sensor replace.
9. If indications of the sensor are absent, break in chains, or malfunction of the sensor (see subsection 11.1) can be the reason.

Replacement

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect a wire from the sensor.
2. Turn out the sensor and turn new, reliably tighten. Hermetic not to use.
3. Attach a wire.
4. Fill in liquid, check sensor indications.
