Check and replacement

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove a brake disk.
2. Clear the mechanism of the hand brake.
3. Check residual thickness of frictional slips. Replace blocks, if thickness of a material less than 1,0 mm.
4. Remove springs of the hand brake.
5. Remove a strut of blocks.
6. Remove a clamping spring of a back block.
7. Remove a back block and a regulator.
8. Remove a clamping spring of a forward block, disconnect a cable from the lever and remove a block.
9. Remove with a screw-driver a lock washer from an axis of the lever of the hand brake, remove the lever, laying and an axis.
10. Rearrange these details on a new block and press out a washer.
11. Grease with a thin layer of refractory greasing a rubbing surface of a board of a brake and a carving.
12. Grease with a thin layer of refractory greasing a sliding surface of a regulator in the specified places.
13. Attach a cable to the lever and establish a forward block.
14. Fix a block a spring.
15. Put on the bottom spring and establish a regulator.
16. Establish a back block.
17. Fix a block a spring.
18. Put on a back block the top spring.
19. Establish a strut so that the spring was turned forward.
20. Establish returnable springs of blocks.
21. Establish a disk of a brake and fix, having screwed nuts of wheels.
22. Remove from a disk a cap.
23. Adjust blocks for what, rotating a cogwheel of a hairpin of a regulator, dissolve blocks against the stop in a drum (the drum thus should not rotate) and take away, having unscrewed a hairpin on 8 teeth.
24. Establish a support arm, tighten bolts with the set moment.
25. Establish a wheel.
26. Check number of clicks of the lever of the hand brake before complete braking which should be equal 5. Otherwise adjust (see subsection 8.13).
27. For extra earnings of blocks of a brake arrive as follows.
28. Moving with speed of 50 km/h on the equal dry highway, include a brake, having made the lever effort 8кГс and pass about 0,5 km then release the lever.
29. Repeat this procedure 2–3 times, let's cool down previously to blocks.
