8.9. Hoses and hydraulic actuator tubes

GENERAL INFORMATION

The condition of hoses and tubes is recommended to check each 6 months. At detection of cracks, podtekaniye, swellings and other damages a hose replace.

Replacement of hoses of forward brakes

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Lift the car and remove a wheel.
	2. Turn out the tube union from a hose.
	3. Get a bracket (2) and pass a hose (3) through an opening in an arm (1 – a tube).
4. Unscrew a bolt of the union and disconnect a hose from a support.
5. At assembly replace copper laying, combine a ledge on a hose with an opening in a support and tighten an union bolt with the set moment.
6. Pass a hose in an arm, screw an union nut, insert a bracket and tighten a nut.
7. Remove air from support cylinders (see subsection 8.10).
8. Establish a wheel and lower the car.

Replacement of hoses of back brakes

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Execute actions on subitem 1-3.

2. Remove air from the support cylinder (see subsection 8.10).

Replacement of tubes

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. At replacement of tubes track, that on all route they were fixed by collars.

2. The form of the bent new tubes should correspond to a form of the replaced.

3. Installation of only steel tubes, in accuracy corresponding to make of the car is allowed.
