Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove belts and a roller of a natyazhitel.
2. Remove the pallet.
3. Remove a pulley of the crankshaft and a forward cover.
4. Unscrew 7 screws (are specified by shooters) and remove the case of the oil pump.
5. Remove from the demountable planes of the pump and the block of cylinders the consolidation remains, wash out the planes solvent.
6. Get conducting and conducted rotors.
7. Disassemble the reduktsionny valve. A cap turn out carefully, holding with effort, as a valve spring the very rigid.

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Wash out all details in solvent, check existence of wear and damages.
2. Check a condition of a sliding surface of the piston of the reduktsionny valve and a spring. At detection of damages the piston complete with a spring replace.
3. Check shchupy a gap between a conducted rotor and the case.
4. Check a face gap between a rotor and a cover.
5. Check a gap in gearing of rotors.
6. If gaps exceed norm, rotors in a set replace. If necessary replace the pump case (a forward cover).

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Oil rotors for the engine and establish in the case.
2. Put in a pump cavity technical vaseline, lay laying, put a cover and tighten screws.
3. Grease the piston of the reduktsionny valve with fresh oil for the engine and establish valve details.
4. Establish new laying of a cover of a chain on directing pins.
5. Replace laying of the oil channel of a cover.
6. Establish a chain cover, having entered a leading rotor of the oil pump into gearing with a leading gear wheel of the crankshaft.
7. Establish other details upside-down.
8. Fill in oil, start the engine, be convinced of lack of leaks.
