Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the battery from weight.
2. Block back wheels.
3. Lift a car front.
4. Remove the bottom guards.
5. Remove a broad tank of a radiator (see subsection 4.5).
6. Turn out candles and remove all belts of a drive.

7. Remove the compressor of the conditioner and take aside, without disconnecting from the highway (bolts of the compressor of the conditioner are specified by shooters).
8. Remove the generator, a roller of a natyazhitel and all arms (bolts of an adjusting arm of the generator are specified by shooters).
9. Remove a drive cruise control (if it is provided) and take aside.
10. Disconnect the bottom hose of a radiator and remove the pump of cooling liquid.
11. Establish the piston of the 1st cylinder in VMT of a step of compression.
12. Remove a head of cylinders.
13. Remove the pallet.
14. Unscrew a bolt having fixed a crankshaft pulley.
15. Cнимите crankshaft pulley stripper.
16. Unscrew bolts and nuts of a cover of a chain and carefully uncover.
17. Remove a chain and an asterisk. Remove uspokoitel and details of a natyazhitel.

Check
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Check a condition of teeths of a gear wheel of a cam-shaft. Check a chain condition, wear of rollers and connecting links. Worn-out details replace. In case of strong wear of uspokoitel remove and clear the pallet and a maslopriyemnik.
2. Check work of a plunzher and a clamp of a natyazhitel. Plunzher should move freely in a case opening (at the left). The plunzher (on the right) should hold a clamp reliably.
3. Check purity of a jet of an oil nozzle.

Installation

Designation of bolts of fastening of a cover of a chain differing by the amount

Bolt And – 30 mm

Bolt In – 50 mm

Bolt With – 60 mm


PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Clear a forward part of the engine, a chain and a cover, establish new sealing rings and a nozzle. The nozzle should be turned towards a chain.
2. Dress a chain on a cam-shaft asterisk, having combined labels, press out a chain with uspokoitel, having tied up a strong tape.
3. Combine other link with a distinctive label with a groove under a shponka of the crankshaft (arrow) and dress on a leading asterisk.
4. Put on a cover of 3 mm – the hermetic roller, be convinced available all laying and establish a cover (during no more than 5 mines after drawing), having entered the roller of a leading rotor of the oil pump into gearing with a leading gear wheel of the crankshaft.
5. Wrap bolts (see fig. Designation of bolts of fastening of a cover of a chain differing by the amount) also tighten with the set moment. Remove a chain binding.
6. Establish other details upside-down. The engine start, only after check of correctness of installation of a chain.
