GENERAL INFORMATION

Prevention

Works are carried out on the cold engine.

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect the battery from weight.
2. Merge cooling liquid.
3. Merge from the engine oil and remove the oil filter.
4. Remove the zaslonka case, the fuel and nozzle distributor.
5. Remove soaking-up collector.
6. Remove a final collector. Prevention The soaking-up collector and final can be removed collectors together with a head of cylinders, without separating them, for final dismantling at the stand.
7. Remove the generator and the ignition distributor.
8. Remove a cam-shaft gear wheel with a chain, it is temporary оперев it on an uspokoitel of a chain.
9. Remove cam-shafts and pushers.
10. Unscrew bolts of fastening of the pump of the hydraulic booster and take the pump aside, without disconnecting hoses.
	11. Designate and disconnect other details: branch pipes of system of cooling, cables, hoses and conducting (shooters specified vacuum hoses and hoses of system of cooling).
12. Remove branch pipes of cooling liquid on both parties of a head of cylinders.
	13. Unscrew 2 bolts of a forward cover, then release bolts of a head of cylinders, turning on each bolt on 1/4 turns at one time. Release bolts in the specified sequence. Examine bolts, at detection of deformations or carving damages bolts replace.
	14. Remove a head of cylinders (the head can be hooked from transmission).
15. Remove from a head other details that is necessary for survey and careful cleaning. Procedures of repair of a head of cylinders are described in subsection 3.3.7.1.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Clear demountable surfaces of a head and the block of cylinders.
	2. Accurately (having taken measures that dirt did not get to openings) соскребите a deposit and the remains of a material of laying.
3. Check existence on the demountable planes of a head and the block of cylinders задиров, chips, hollows and other damages. It is possible to eliminate insignificant damages with a file, at serious damages the head or the block are subject to repolishing.
4. Banish all carvings on a head, blow the compressed air all channels and openings.
5. Banish a carving of each bolt.
6. Establish into place all details which have been removed at dismantling of a head.
	7. Put on the block of cylinders new laying, focusing on pins.
8. Carefully establish a head on the block of cylinders, without breaking the provision of laying.
9. Oil persistent surfaces of heads of bolts for the engine.
	10. Wrap by hand bolts of a head of cylinders on their former places. Short bolts wrap on the party of inlet valves, and long – from final. Tighten bolts with the set moment in the specified sequence. On 2 and the 3rd stages of an inhaling bolts доворачиваются on 1/4 turns (90 °).
11. Further assembly is carried out upside-down. Adjust valves. Fill system of cooling with liquid, fill in oil. Start the engine, be convinced of lack of a leak. Check road performance of the car.
