3.2.3. Cover of a head of cylinders

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the battery from weight.
2. Remove an air inlet, disconnect from a cover hoses of ventilation of a case.
3. Remove caps of candles, disconnect wires.
4. Disconnect cables of a butterfly valve and cruise control and take aside. Remove a hook for engine posting in a forward part of a soaking-up collector.
5. Unscrew bolts of a cover of a head of cylinders, uncover also laying. If the cover does not give in, displace it in hammer blows through a soft pro-rate, or carefully open consolidation by a shpatel.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Carefully clear condensed surfaces of a cover and a head of cylinders, remove oil traces. Establish new laying in a cover flute (laying can be not changed if it did not harden and on it there are no damages). Track safety of sealants of casings of candles (are specified by shooters).
2. Put hermetic on semicircular caps (are specified by an arrow) and establish them on a head of cylinders.
3. Establish a cover and wrap bolts.
4. Evenly tighten cover bolts with the set moment.
5. Establish other details, start the engine and be convinced of lack of a leak.
