GENERAL INFORMATION
Prevention

Works are carried out on the cold engine.

Removal
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the battery from weight.
2. On the engines equipped with PAIR system (pulse system of injection of fuel) remove system of tubes and the valves close to a collector.
3. Remove thermal screens (bolts of the thermal screen of a final collector are specified by shooters).
4. Moisten nuts and bolts of a final collector and a nut of fastening of an exhaust pipe to a collector with getting liquid. After wetting unscrew nuts of an exhaust pipe.
5. Unscrew nuts (are specified стsрелками) and remove a collector and laying.

Installation
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Clear the demountable planes of a collector and a head of cylinders of the remains of a material of laying and deposit deposits. If leak signs through laying are observed, check deformation of the demountable plane of a collector in a specialized workshop, if necessary прошлифуйте.
2. Dress on hairpins of a head of cylinders new laying.
Prevention

Labels on laying should be turned aside from a head of cylinders.
3. Establish a collector and wrap nuts on former places.
4. Evenly tighten nuts in three-four receptions with the set moment (see subsection 3.2.1). Tighten bolts and nuts from the center to the collector periphery.
5. Establish other details as it should be the return to dismantling.
6. Start the engine and check tightness of connections of a final collector.
