8.2.2. Diagnostics and ABS system repair
GENERAL INFORMATION

At ignition inclusion the control lamp of ABS system lights up, and after start-up of the engine dies away. If the lamp continues to burn, in ABS system malfunction is registered.
Prevention

The control lamp of ABS system can continue to burn if the lever of a transfer case is transferred to the situation LOW (the interaxal differential is included) as the system is disconnected.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. For access to codes of refusals include ignition (the engine not to start), перемкните conclusions Е1 and the Hardware of the socket of the channel of data and get a fork from WA and WB nests (1 – a crossing point, 2 – a fork). The lever of a transfer case should be transferred to situation 2WD.
2. Figures of a two-place code are determined by number of blinkings of the control lamp divided by a pause in 1,5 seconds (for example, a code of 34-3 flashes, a pause of 1,5 seconds and 4 flashes).
3. The following code appears in 2,5 seconds after the first. If the system is serviceable, the lamp blinks with frequency of 2 Hz.
