2.35. Replacement of the fuel filter
GENERAL INFORMATION
Prevention

Execute actions for a decompression of fuel system.

Works are carried out on the cold engine.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
Carburetor engines
1. The filter is mounted from below about a fuel tank (in this case lift the car), or in a motor compartment.
2. Weaken a collar.
3. Disconnect from the filter hoses. Sdeformirovannye hoses replace.
4. Get the filter, establish new, collect upside-down. Track, that the arrow on the case was directed towards a hose from the carburetor. Start the engine and be convinced of lack of a leak.
Injector engines
5. Unscrew bolts of unions, designate and disconnect hoses, unscrew bolts of an arm and remove the filter.
6. Weaken a collar, remove the filter and establish new a fillet down. Further assembly is carried out upside-down. Replace laying of unions.
